Our staff works with members to support engagement in small group and individual task and activities. Many of our members struggle to understand social norms and expectations therefore don't know how or are uncomfortable engaging with others. ICC strives to support members to be appropriate and comfortable engaging in task and with others to build more inclusive environments.
